What is the Mass Regularization in Spain 2026?
A new process has been published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) under Royal Decree 316/2026, allowing an exceptional administrative regularization. This process aims to grant residency and work permits to foreigners already in Spain in an irregular situation who meet certain criteria.
This is a short and specific window of opportunity, valid only for a few months in 2026.
Requirements: Who is eligible?
- Entry in Spain: You must have entered Spain before **January 1st, 2026**.
- Minimum Stay: Prove a continuous stay in Spain for at least **5 months** before the application date.
- Criminal Record: No criminal record in Spain or in countries where you resided in the last 5 years.
